Puente IQ es una suscripción mensual de Unomia Labs, LLC, con una prueba gratuita de 7 días. Después de la prueba, son $2.99 al mes, con renovación automática hasta que la canceles desde tu App Store o Google Play. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento; lo que ya pagaste no se reembolsa, pero conservas el acceso hasta el final del período.

Los tiempos de espera son estimaciones, no garantías. La app no es consejo legal, de viaje, ni de aduanas. Usa tu propio criterio al cruzar.

1. Aceptación de los términos

Estos Términos del Servicio ("Términos") son un contrato entre tú y Unomia Labs, LLC, una compañía de responsabilidad limitada de Texas ("Unomia Labs," "nosotros," "nos," "nuestro"). Al descargar, instalar o usar la aplicación móvil Puente IQ (la "App"), aceptas estos Términos y nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si no aceptas, no uses la App.

2. Quién puede usar la App

Debes tener al menos 13 años para usar la App. Si tienes entre 13 y 18 años, debes contar con permiso de un padre, madre o tutor legal para aceptar estos Términos y para suscribirte a un plan de pago.

3. Tu suscripción

a) Prueba gratuita de 7 días

Al instalar la App por primera vez, recibes una prueba gratuita de 7 días que incluye todas las funciones. La prueba comienza en cuanto abres la App por primera vez.

b) Suscripción de renovación automática — $2.99 / mes

Después de los 7 días de prueba, la suscripción se cobra automáticamente a $2.99 dólares estadounidenses por mes a través de tu cuenta de App Store (iOS) o Google Play (Android). El precio puede variar ligeramente en otras monedas según las tarifas de Apple o Google.

Renovación automática: tu suscripción se renueva automáticamente al final de cada período mensual a menos que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del final del período actual. Apple o Google cobrarán automáticamente el método de pago que tengas registrado.

c) Cómo cancelar

Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento:

iOS: Ajustes → tu Apple ID → Suscripciones → Puente IQ → Cancelar suscripción.
Android: Google Play Store → Menú → Suscripciones → Puente IQ → Cancelar suscripción.

Si cancelas antes de que termine la prueba de 7 días, no se te cobrará. Si cancelas después, conservarás el acceso hasta el final del período pagado actual; no emitimos reembolsos prorrateados.

d) Cambios de precio

Podemos cambiar el precio de la suscripción en el futuro. Te avisaremos al menos 30 días antes del cambio y tendrás la opción de cancelar antes de que el nuevo precio entre en vigor.

e) Reembolsos

Las compras realizadas a través de App Store o Google Play se rigen por las políticas de reembolso de Apple y Google. Unomia Labs no procesa reembolsos directamente; debes solicitarlos a través de la tienda donde se realizó la compra.

4. Licencia limitada

Sujeto a estos Términos y a tu suscripción activa, Unomia Labs te otorga una licencia limitada, personal, no exclusiva, no transferible y revocable para descargar e instalar una copia de la App en dispositivos móviles que poseas o controles y usarla para uso personal y no comercial.

No puedes:

Copiar, modificar, traducir, distribuir, vender o ceder licencias de la App.
Hacer ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar la App, salvo donde la ley lo permita.
Usar la App para crear un producto o servicio competidor.
Acceder a la App mediante automatización (scrapers, bots) o sistemas no autorizados.
Remover avisos de propiedad o marcas de la App.

5. Tu conducta

Aceptas no usar la App para:

Actividades ilegales, fraudulentas o que infrinjan derechos de terceros.
Enviar reportes falsos o manipulados de tiempos de espera.
Interferir con la operación de la App o con otros usuarios.
Eludir medidas de seguridad o de uso justo.

Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso si violas estos Términos.

6. Datos del usuario y privacidad

Tu uso de la App también se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad, que describe qué datos recopilamos (mínimos: un identificador seudónimo del dispositivo, reportes opcionales de tiempos de espera, y ubicación aproximada solo en zonas de puentes) y cómo los usamos. No vendemos tus datos y no mostramos publicidad.

7. Contenido de terceros y datos en vivo

La App muestra datos de tráfico y tiempos de espera basados en fuentes de terceros, incluyendo TomTom International B.V., agencias gubernamentales y reportes de la comunidad. Estos datos se proporcionan "tal cual" y pueden ser inexactos, estar retrasados o no disponibles. Los tiempos de espera son estimaciones, no garantías.

8. Sin asesoramiento legal o de aduanas

Puente IQ es una herramienta informativa. No es asesoramiento legal, aduanero, fiscal, ni de viaje. Las regulaciones de cruce fronterizo cambian frecuentemente y son responsabilidad de las autoridades correspondientes (CBP de Estados Unidos, SAT/INM de México). Verifica siempre los requisitos vigentes en sitios oficiales antes de cruzar.

9. Propiedad intelectual

"Puente IQ" y el logotipo son marcas comerciales de Unomia Labs, LLC. La App, su código, diseño, contenido editorial y bases de datos agregadas son propiedad de Unomia Labs o se usan bajo licencia. No adquieres ningún derecho de propiedad sobre la App al usarla.

10. Renuncia de garantías

LA APP SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD," SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUYENDO PERO NO LIMITADO A GARANTÍAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, IDONEIDAD PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR, NO INFRACCIÓN, EXACTITUD O DISPONIBILIDAD. NO GARANTIZAMOS QUE LOS TIEMPOS DE ESPERA SEAN PRECISOS, QUE LA APP ESTÉ LIBRE DE ERRORES, NI QUE OPERE SIN INTERRUPCIONES.

11. Limitación de responsabilidad

EN LA MEDIDA MÁXIMA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, UNOMIA LABS NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES, CONSECUENTES O PUNITIVOS, NI POR PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS, INGRESOS, DATOS, USO U OPORTUNIDADES DE NEGOCIO, INCLUSO SI SE HA ADVERTIDO DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE DICHOS DAÑOS. NUESTRA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL EN CUALQUIER ASUNTO RELACIONADO CON LA APP ESTÁ LIMITADA AL MAYOR ENTRE (A) LA CANTIDAD QUE PAGASTE A UNOMIA LABS EN LOS 12 MESES ANTERIORES AL EVENTO QUE DA ORIGEN AL RECLAMO, O (B) USD $50.

12. Indemnización

Aceptas indemnizar y mantener libre de daño a Unomia Labs, sus miembros, directivos, empleados y agentes frente a cualquier reclamo, pérdida o gasto (incluidos honorarios legales razonables) que surjan de tu uso de la App, tu violación de estos Términos o tu violación de derechos de terceros.

13. Terminación

Puedes terminar tu uso de la App en cualquier momento desinstalándola y cancelando tu suscripción. Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso si violas estos Términos, si dejamos de operar la App, o por motivos legales o de seguridad. Las cláusulas que por su naturaleza deban sobrevivir a la terminación (incluyendo propiedad intelectual, renuncias, limitaciones de responsabilidad, indemnización y ley aplicable) seguirán vigentes.

14. Ley aplicable y resolución de disputas

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Texas, EE.UU., sin aplicar sus reglas de conflictos de leyes. Cualquier disputa que surja de estos Términos o del uso de la App se resolverá ante los tribunales estatales o federales ubicados en el Condado de Hidalgo, Texas, y tú consientes a la jurisdicción personal de esos tribunales.

Renuncias al derecho a participar en una demanda colectiva o juicio consolidado contra Unomia Labs, en la medida permitida por la ley.

15. Cambios a estos Términos

Podemos modificar estos Términos. Cuando hagamos cambios materiales, actualizaremos la fecha "Última actualización" en la parte superior y te notificaremos dentro de la App. Si continúas usando la App después de la fecha efectiva del cambio, aceptas los Términos revisados.

16. Términos específicos de Apple App Store

Si descargaste la App desde el Apple App Store, los siguientes términos adicionales aplican: estos Términos son entre tú y Unomia Labs únicamente, no con Apple Inc. Apple no tiene obligación de prestar servicio o soporte para la App. Apple no es responsable de reclamos relacionados con la App, incluyendo reclamos de responsabilidad por productos, reclamos de cumplimiento con requisitos legales o regulatorios, ni reclamos derivados de leyes de protección al consumidor. Apple y sus subsidiarias son beneficiarios externos de estos Términos y pueden hacerlos cumplir contra ti.

17. Términos específicos de Google Play

Si descargaste la App desde Google Play, también te rigen los Términos del Servicio de Google Play, en la medida en que se apliquen.

Plain English

Puente IQ is a monthly subscription from Unomia Labs, LLC, with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, it's $2.99 / month, auto-renewing each month until you cancel from your App Store or Google Play account. You can cancel any time; we don't refund what you've already paid, but you keep access through the end of the current period.

Wait times are estimates, not guarantees. The app is not legal, travel, or customs advice. Use your own judgment when crossing.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Unomia Labs, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Unomia Labs," "we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Puente IQ mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. Who can use the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to accept these Terms and to subscribe to a paid plan.

3. Your subscription

a) 7-day free trial

When you first install the App, you get a 7-day free trial that includes every feature. The trial starts the first time you open the App.

b) Auto-renewable subscription — $2.99 / month

After the 7-day trial, the subscription automatically charges $2.99 USD per month through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account. Pricing in other currencies may vary slightly per Apple or Google's published rates.

Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple or Google will automatically charge the payment method on file with them.

c) How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Puente IQ → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Puente IQ → Cancel Subscription.

If you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, you won't be charged. If you cancel after, you'll keep access through the end of the current paid period; we don't issue prorated refunds.

d) Price changes

We may change the subscription price in the future. We'll notify you at least 30 days before the change and give you the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.

e) Refunds

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by Apple and Google's refund policies. Unomia Labs does not process refunds directly; you must request them through the store where the purchase was made.

4. Limited license

Subject to these Terms and to an active subscription, Unomia Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install one copy of the App on mobile devices you own or control and to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

Copy, modify, translate, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where law expressly permits it.
Use the App to build a competing product or service.
Access the App via automation (scrapers, bots) or unauthorized systems.
Remove proprietary notices or marks from the App.

5. Your conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.
Submit false or manipulated wait-time reports.
Interfere with the App's operation or with other users.
Circumvent security or fair-use measures.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

6. User data and privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect (minimal: a pseudonymous device identifier, optional wait-time reports, and approximate location only inside bridge geofences) and how we use it. We do not sell your data and do not show advertising.

7. Third-party content and live data

The App displays traffic and wait-time data sourced from third parties, including TomTom International B.V., government agencies, and community reports. This data is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Wait times are estimates, not guarantees.

8. No legal, travel, or customs advice

Puente IQ is an informational tool. It is not legal, customs, tax, or travel advice. Border-crossing regulations change frequently and are the responsibility of the relevant authorities (U.S. CBP, Mexico SAT / INM). Always verify current requirements with official sources before crossing.

9. Intellectual property

"Puente IQ" and the Puente IQ logo are trademarks of Unomia Labs, LLC. The App, its source code, design, editorial content, and aggregated databases are owned by Unomia Labs or licensed to it. You acquire no ownership rights in the App by using it.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT WAIT TIMES ARE ACCURATE, THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNOMIA LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY MATTER RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID UNOMIA LABS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unomia Labs and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and canceling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we discontinue the App, or for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You waive the right to participate in a class action or consolidated proceeding against Unomia Labs, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify you within the App. If you continue to use the App after the effective date of the change, you accept the revised Terms.

16. Apple App Store specific terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply: these Terms are between you and Unomia Labs only, not Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, or claims arising under consumer protection laws. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

17. Google Play specific terms

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, you are also bound by Google Play's Terms of Service to the extent they apply.
